Pacific Exchange Productions is proud to present Ka La Hula i Reno & Heiva i Reno 2018 to be held at the Nugget Casino Resort in the newly renovated Nugget Ballroom.

Ka Lā Hula i Reno Ho'okūkū 2018 will be held in honor of the late Kumu Hula Master, Joseph Kamoha'i Kahaulelio on Saturday, August 4th. This event will feature Hula Halau performing in five Hula 'Auana categories: Hula Keiki, Hula Wahine, Hula Kane, Hula Medley and Hula Ku'i.

On Saturday, August 4th, the spirit of the annual Heiva Festival which is held in Tahiti will once again come alive at Heiva i Reno 2018 with the drumming sounds, music, and dances of Tahiti. We are very excited to add a new category to Heiva i Reno 2018 ‘Ote’a Tahito featuring a short presentation of the 'Ote'a. This new category is in addition to Ori Tahiti Solo, Couples (Vahine e Tane) and Group Orchestra (Drumming).
