A benefit performance for the Campaign for the Long Island High School for the Arts

Broadway Supports the Long Island High School for the Arts featuring 20 performers with over 100 Broadway shows to their credit!

On October 23rd Broadway Stars including Tony, Drama Desk and Olivier Award Nominees will come together to show their full support for Public Arts Education on Long Island. They will sing, dance and share their stories about their experiences on Broadway and in the Arts.

Confirmed performers for October 23rd include MiG Ayesa (Rock of Ages; Burn the Floor); Steven “HeaveN” Cantor (In Transit); Tony Award nominee and Drama Desk Award winner Robert Cuccioli (Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark; Les Miserables; Jekyll and Hyde); Buddy Casimano (Miss Saigon); Joshua Dela Cruz (Aladdin); Lana Gordon (Chicago; The Lion King; Jesus Christ Superstar); Taylor Iman Jones (Groundhog Day); Crystal Kellogg (Finding Neverland; School of Rock-The Musical), Stanley Wayne Mathis (Nice Work If You Can Get It; The Book of Mormon; Wonderful Town; Kiss Me Kate; You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown; The Lion King; Jelly’s Last Jam; Oh. Kay!) Students at LIHSA study Dance, Musical Theater, Technical Theater, Acting, Filmmaking, Music and Art from leading industry professionals and master educators. The Campaign for LIHSA is affiliated with the Nassau BOCES Educational Foundation which is a not-for-profit 501 (C)3 corporation. The Campaign includes educators, artists, students, alumni and parents committed to supporting the only public arts high school program on Long Island.
