Elf is a holiday musical adaptation of the 2003 film, with music by Matthew Sklar and lyrics by Chad Beguelin, and a book by Bob Martin and Thomas Meehan. It tells the story of Buddy the Elf, who travels from the North Pole to New York City to find his biological father.
